Every vehicle I've owned previously when taken to the dealership, has been washed at the dealership. Except for mitsubishi. A simple car wash would go a long way. Also, if they are using battery and gas to test drive the vehicle then it should also be expected for them to at least charge the battery. My car (PHEV) was at the dealership for almost 3 days and came to me dirty with no fuel or battery life.My service department adviser is very polite and informative. He has always been able to help me with my issues in the past, including this visit. He goes out of this way to ensure I am satisfied.It's difficult to get an appointment week of. Appointments can only be made reliably online.Service department staff worker is very polite and informative.

Friendly service. Always attentive and listening to my concerns. They have always taken care of any issues with my Outlander. They have been able to get me in when it works for my schedule and have taken care of the car in a timely manner.
