Prompt and courteous

After the last phone call the water pump was ordered and did come in on Friday, 12/5. Due to being unable to take additional time off work I was not able to go for the repair until Monday, 12/8. I arrived shortly before 2pm, the repair took twice the time I was originally told, the service manager (I believe Jack was his name) did a good job of keeping me updated and they did take the time to detail the exterior of my vehicle due to some spilled coolant. However, I was told my heat was working, unfortunately I had nothing but cold air for the entire 45 minute trip home. I was told that if I had any problems to contact them and they would fix for free. I did drop off my vehicle last night since they were able to track down a loaner after I told them I could not take time off work (I have already taken 1 full day and 2 partial days off). The car was dropped off last night, I have not gotten an update yet today.
