Was told by service advisor this repair would 100% be fix. Was left in waiting room for hours after estimated repair time before was told repair did not fix problem Had specific conversation before 1st repair that did not want to start if was going to turn into something expensive.See other commentsSee other commentsWas told call back and let them know to order next part. Parking for service not well defined. Bathroom had no soap, I told multiple employees but no one did anything.My mechanic was great. I described my problem and he knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix it.Service department is excellent, however, none of the bathrooms had any hand soap.

It seemed that the call in team was a secondary outsourced service. Not the actual team at site.Would have preferred to do work in 1 stop.Its seams old and out dated. Was not a standard dealership layout.Was in for a recall for seat belt and rear hatch struts. The struts went out of stock. Sat there for 70 min for them to inspect the rear seat belt.Overall the level of service interaction was very good.Nice team in service

Previously addressed.My appt. was for 08:00 and the gates to the parking lot were not open until after 08:00. I had to park off site and walk to service.
