No one mentioned anything about Wifi to me .There were white rubber around where all the tires were replaced.I called many times , but each time I called the customer service agent always said someone will call you back , no noe ever calls back. this very bad.I was told that all four tires were replaced and the airfilter was replacedMost of these questions do not pertain to the scheduling of my car.The service manager Hunter was very professional

All services not completed.He was unsure if he had parts on hand to fix recall.I really like my Outlander and have thought about getting another one in the next year. I am not sure after my experience if I would purchase another Mitsubishi due to knowing that is the closest dealership to me. I honestly never want to go back to that dealership again. The fact that my appointment was scheduled for two recalls and only one was completed is crazy. No communication on why it was not performed. Very disappointed with the service received.No information on why only one of the recalls was fixed. The service representative just handed me my key and said it’s done. Poor customer service.

Lack of communication between service dept personal and communication / inquiry of possible charges and reason car was brought in for service in the first place.I felt this facility was very disorganized and the right hand did not know what the left hand was doing. It seemed dysfunctional and lacked structure of responsibilities.
