Coming in to service my vehicle is super easy. Appointment setting is quick, either over the phone or online. Friendly staff are there to great you and the process runs smoothly. I did ask about an itemized print out of the services provided and costs, but unfortunately that was not available right off hand. It would be nice to be able to know of the services I can come in for, and the pricing for these services. This would make life simpler financially so that I would already have an average cost of services before scheduling an appointment.I have had great service every time I bring my Outlander in. Service time is not too long of a wait. Service techs and other representatives are knowledgeable and always happy to answer any questions that I may have.
