I was pleased to observe that all employees were courteous and attentive, both to myself and to other guests upon arrival. Their professionalism was commendable. Overall, North Side Mitsubishi dealership provides excellent customer service, distinguished even when compared to other businesses in the area.I was very pleased with the courteous and professional service I received from the moment I arrived at the service center until my vehicle's service was completed. Additionally, I appreciated that my vehicle's exterior was thoroughly cleaned during the car wash, leaving it looking refreshed.

When I took possession of the vehicle the windows had been tinted. The drivers side has a smaller plastic enclosed speaker the fell out every time I opened the door. The blind side sensors had not been activated. There was supposed to be full tank of gas in the car when I took possession, instead there was a 1/4 tank.Jimmy M. Is an amazing salesman and I will continue to recommend him to potential buyers. However, I am not so sure about the service department. I am not sure how I can get my gas replaced since that was linked to the purchase of the vehicle initially. I live 50 miles from the dealership so it’s quite inconvenient for me to drive to the dealership.I expected to pay more than most due to credit limitations, but not as much as the final amount versus what my car choices were.Jimmy M was very accommodating and pleasant. He answered all of my questions. The amount that I was expecting to pay was not what I was expecting. However, he worked hard to get the deal done.

Excellent service. Quick and friendly. Everyone made me feel at home and made sure I was comfortable while I waited.The service manager was extremely friendly and got my services completed in a timely manner. He also took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt at home while waiting. Additionally, as I was waiting, a couple of employees passed by and made sure I was okay and comfortable while I waited.
