Mike was so helpful and amazing! He checked me in when I got there and checked me out. He also went over the services and answered all of my questions.I had an appt for my service and it was done within a reasonable amount of time. Love that the recommended service are messages to me and then I can approve would I would like.

When i asked he just said ok.Just oil change and tire rotation and i stay there for more than 2hrs. I hope they can provide a car for a costumer to drive so i will not wait for more than 2 hrs

Good customer service and friendly staff

Music was too loud in first waiting area and needing additional seating. Was told by Service Rep of additional seating in the second area. Much quieter.
