Service rep forgot to tell me the air filter needed to be replaced before checkout. He showed a picture at checkout so I asked if it could be taken care of at that time. This caused another short wait time.The cargo area was not vacuumed. The seat was not set back to original position and the number was till hanging from the mirror.Although it is a far drive from Galveston, I will continue to have my car serviced at the North Houston store because of previous problems at DeMontrond Mitsubishi.Friendly service, clean showroom.
