The rep that took care of my car just didn't seem to excited to be there. Had to ask for the multi point inspection. Car was not cleaned during service nor was I notified that the techs couldn't clean for whatever reason. But I did interact with a few other employees that were very friendly and welcoming. I forgotten the sales rep name but bro was from California that's what I remember. He was amazing. I would be coming back regardless.Had to ask for the multi point inspection.Shuttle service would be nice.

I wish this was a larger dealership and hope they can work out the problems with service inherited from the prior operator. I obviously wish Mitsubishi offered more types of vehicles and more options on the vehicles currently offered. I wish Mitsubishi vehicles had a better resale price in the market. I am also still waiting to get my t shirt or hat promised to be on order.While the dealership has recently changed owners I really like the Mitsubishi Outlander and wanted to sell my SE and upgrade to an SEL. So far I just love everything but the car unlocked notices from Mitsubishi Connect when the vehicle is in my garage.The website works for new car sales but is a nightmare for scheduling warranty service. The phone lines for service have also historically been problematic.
