Add a highlight for the attention received from some employees: 1) Jesus (Sales - he continues providing attention even after 1-yr. after the sales process); 2) JoJuan Bellamy (Services - he always provides very good attention, clarity on process, transparence during check in/out, reporting, required information, etc.); 3) New Employee that I can't remember the name, but he is from Haiti (Sales - he provided additional attention about the services in progress, taking care we were very well attended while the vehicle was under services. Congrats for your good personnel, this is very important to generate trust and reliable relationship.No issues so far with the vehicle, good attention at the dealership.
