I did one recommended service.No comments.In my view, he needs more experience. Based on my previous dealership experience, a full inspection is usually done first, followed by recommended services. However, in this case, after completing the transmission and engine oil change, he came back and suggested a fuel system service or flush, which I agreed to. Then, he later mentioned that a software update was needed and would require a fee, which was unexpected.My suggestion is that the dealership should offer the software update for free, since other shops cannot perform it, which could help increase sales.

Shawn was excellent. No fluff, no making us wait. I said I need to get the deal done fast and he did! Mike in the service department took such great care of me dealing with my 2022 outlander and the issues it was having and I couldn't be more grateful for the care and customer service I received from absolutely everyone we encountered that day!

Repair the second television....put subtitles on so it will be known what's being saidIm more likely to recommend now than any passed services. Reason is due to not being ""hustled" into getting services I didn't request. Instead the recommendations were on the print out. I ask a question about one of the recommendations and it was well explained. Much appreciated. More likely to schedule an additional service than before.
