It can be better, not so much on the signage instructions and parking. Service inside is goodMy appointment was successful, and I received a notification that I had a loaner after nearly five days of my car being at the dealership. I drove my car for an additional day, but the issue persisted; I returned the vehicle to the dealership, and they ordered some parts. However, I still do not have a vehicle because they do not have enough loaners available, which is quite inconvenient, as we are not given a timeframe for the completion of the repairs.the staff was busy, normally i get good service. It seems that they are working on multiple vehicles and no loaners available, which becomes very inconvenient, especially, when taking my vehicle for the second time on the same issue.

I was not less than satisfied.Improve the website and phone routing systems.The on-line system never seems to work and telephone calls get routed to extensions that go unanswered or voicemail boxes which are fullI waited on-site while the work was performed.It's a small constantly changing dealership but everyone seems to be trying. It is difficult to set up appointments on-line or over the phone but once you get there the service managers do a good job of getting the work done and keeping you advised on progress. My only complaint with the quality of work is they once gave my vehicle back with an unlocked hood. The safety catch prevented a disaster.
