It was good.The overall experience was very good. I appreciate the professionalism, responsiveness, and helpful guidance provided by the sales consultant, Mr. Mose, who took the time to understand my needs and made the process smooth. This is my first Mitsubishi vehicle, and I have high expectations that the company will continue to deliver a high standard of service and assistance. I look forward to receiving the same level of support during future vehicle servicing and hope to build a long-term relationship as a loyal customer.The overall experience was very good. I’ve been there four about four or five times now & every time they had been professional and understanding about certain situations that has occur with my vehicle and for that I thank them not trying to pressure me as a customer to get things done until you can afford.

Mike Jarboe is an outstanding service advisor who always keeps us informed of the process: no surprises or hard sells. I really appreciate the respect and courtesy he showed my spouse during our recent scheduled service.Outstanding service department. From routine oil changes to warranty recalls, the North Houston Mitsubishi service department has always provided us with exceptional service. Mike Jarboe recently provided us with options for the warranty repair/replacement of our touch screen audio system. Instead of waiting for a new unit on back order, Mike recommended that the service department send it to a local repair shop, which would result in a much quicker turnaround. Mike called us promptly when the touchscreen audio system was ready for reinstallation. We are delighted with the service we always receive at North Houston Mitsubishi.
