Service here was Excellent. Very attentive staff and professional environment. Went in for maintenance service, and the staff instantly knew who I was, by name. Treated like a friend or family member, not a passing face, in such a busy business is a true value.

And hour drive there and back to get a service done not so appealing to me!Not sure the name of the guy that helped me when I took my car in for a service but I had my handicapped son with me and the guy was so kind and thoughtful as to hand me my papers to fold and keys to put in my purse so my hands weren't full while pushing my son's chair out the door as he held it for us, making sure my car was right out the door, unlocked and ready for me! They even washed the outside of my car fir me! Everyone I encountered were nice and helpful! My only issue is that I bought my car over by where I live in Deer Park, unaware that they would be closing that location and now the North Houston location is the closest to me which is an hour drive from my house!! So having to drive an hour there and hour back with my handicapped son just to get my oil changed or have any kinda service done, sucks!! Other than that, I would recommend going there!

Right now I can’t think of anything that requires improvement.So far, I'm very happy with the service I’ve received at the Dealership. The Service Rep treated me with respect and carried out my servicing efficiently and effectively.
