Everything was great. However, I sat in the chair for about 1.5 hours and the total time I was worked on was about 15 minutes including the shots and the extraction. There has to be a better way than to make patients wait that long.

I found the entire experience to be very business like, not warm or friendly. Very efficient and successful procedure just not a very welcoming experience, more like an assembly line.
