Great service, the service advisor Orlando Gonzales is the best manager, by operating everybody of the crew, to get the best results.Thank you.All the parts of the service was perfect. Since the appointment at the time we was asking for, we came, we was told the time that the service will be done - 2 hours later, and the car was ready then, exactly on time.Great service.Thank you Mitsubishi.

Too earlyThey couldn’t disconnect the seatbelt sound it was making. They want to charge $6000 to correct that . I think, i fixed myself.He introduces me to the selling managerMy experience with the dealerships is that they do not want to solve a problem. They overcharge a ridiculous price and want you to buy a new car and sell your actual car.

Best car buying experience I've had so far. No need for improvement.Purchasing a car here was made simple. Salespeople were very kind and not trying to just make a deal but make sure I got the car I really wanted.

Since I bought my car, I've always had the maintenance done at this same dealership, and at first they would return my car clean on the outside, but now they don't even wash it.To improve in all of the above-mentioned areas.First, you have to wait a long time. Second, they're failing because I used to receive more promotions or discounts, but now I don't receive anything for maintenance. Third, the website for scheduling an appointment doesn't work, and sometimes when you arrive without an appointment there's no space, and if you call, they don't answer.
