He was not aware of the various coupons offered by your company. He tried to convince me I was mistaken. In the end I received my coupon discounts but it took some convincing on my part. I shouldn't have to go through this.I had to inform the service rep of the coupons offered by Mitsubishi for the work I needed done. Still it took some convincing toget the service rep to agree to the prices shown on the couponsWork was performed in a reasonable amountof time. Your coupons are great

Poor service , everything is delayed . Everything out of control of responsible employees . Mitsubishi customer realations service survey will be submitted as well . Simply lying that part been replaced which is never happened. Please note that video evidence , paperwork and name of the employees also will be submitted to Mitsubishi in separate claim/email .No service , no respect . Service advisor favorite excuse is that he is new and don’t know anything yet.Poor service , everything is delayed . Everything out of control of responsible employees . Mitsubishi customer realations service survey will be submitted as well . Simply lying that part been replaced which is never happened. After multiply reasonable complain laugh and said you can write us review :) well ok , besides this one few email willl be sent with proof of everything I mentioned along with video fixation and mentioning all names involved in this “service”Poor service , everything is delayed . Still waiting for the phone call to bring car back because the parts have come in.Mechanic explained the problem and gave advice about what should be done to be safe while driving.Waiting for parts to be ordered for the car to be serviced.I don't have to worry about getting issues with the car fixed.
