Storage unit has been leaking for over 2 years and I have lost so much of my personal items. Also, my last visit I was so DISGUSTED with all the rotten feces all in my belonging. It was so horribly wrong and after 3 insurance claims I lost all interest. After expressing I am disabled VETERAN and I could not afford to pay movers to get my belongings out of that rat hold my hands were tired. They call when they collecting payments but never help with solutions. Extremely POOR MANAGEMENT from the top down. I spent so much timing call and be told lies it was sickening.I would NERVER LET anyone rent from these people.. they even refused me the opportunity to make arrangements to get the bill caught up due to my income possibly having Goodwill could salvage something. There was NO WAY I WOULD bring rotten infested furniture or clothes to my home. I know this company will regret how they TREATED ME!!! The rain water, the rats and roaches in my personal things broke my heart!!! Finally, I lost over $5000 of my items with these people. They should be closed down!!! I will be posting on BBB and Google reviews!!!Not affordable and horrible management.
