You should advise the patient about the coat before you do it. Then I could let you know if or when I will have the money. I am retired on fixed income no extra, you wanted $1600 dollars after the procedure was done. I SHOULD HAVE BEEN TOLS BEFORE!!

So this is actually my go-to place for having extractions done. Or at least it used to be. My experience there even when I had it the previous extractions done was less than professional and the doctor had almost zero bedside manner. Pretty unprofessional, no one seems to have an answer and they go to answer is I don't know the answer to it, but I can go get an answer for you. Lot of redirecting and blaming responsibility for what they can possibly easily answer. I already have dentist anxiety.

Post op documentation needs a revision and proofreading. Conflicting information with rx rinse. Errors in the diet portion. Looks to have been reduced to a single page, leaving out critical care details to fit the page format.Intake was filled out prior and still had to input everything manually prior to consultation. Information was still incorrect twice. Was finally corrected after a third time.8:30AM wake up call was unexpected and unwelcome. A text/email would have been fine.

I cancelled my initial appointment as the predetermination from my insurance company hadn’t been actioned and I was told I would need to pay upfront. I rescheduled my appointment a month later so this could be done. I received my EOB which confirmed my co pay and called the surgery the day prior to make sure everything was order. After my surgery I was still asked to pay over $2000 even though my co pay was $95. This took time to rectify and delayed being able to leave the surgery.
