The in processing experience for a new patient was horrific. And I waited for an hour and 40 minutes to see the dentist. I have since canceled my scheduled root canal and will not come to your office in the future.

Excellent in all regards

The dental care was excellent - that's a 10.I filled out all papers online, and then you wanted to change my appointment. This caused me to have to fill them all out again, and then when I got there, I had to do half of them again when you clearly had the info. for instance, in one of the papers you had the complete pharmacy info but in another I had to give it again. It's also clear that they were a formality that was not looked at much if at all by the surgeon. If I had not already been in pain for 20 days, bouncing from dentist to endo, to surgeon, I would have walked out when handed the papers - this is 2026 - not 1990 - get your portal and staff straight!
