Took along time for surgery. I got there at 11 and didnt have surgery til close to 2. .... but they were short staffed and they had an unruly elderly lady next door that was giving them a hard time so I understood . I was also prescribed CHG (Chlorhexidine Gluconate) which im highly allergic too . I could not get a reimbursement $10 at Walgreens . I had to leave it on their counter. Most of my family is allergic to it. I told the Dental Tech several times and had it on the paper yet still they prescribed it. Not cool and after paying 1700$ for one tooth pulled its not fair to fork over snother waisted $10

I had to postpone my appointment a few times for critical reasons, I rarely do that. The staff was very understanding. I finally got in got my tooth extracted and because it was a difficult tooth, I wasn't sure about the outcome and treatment afterwards but they were right and my gum healed in due time. I was happy to have finally gone through the process and being able to move forward with my next steps. * I was given good instructions and verbal assurance that if I needed anything to call them, I did and was happy with the results.

I had a very good experience the day of my surgery. Dr. Zadeh, Maria, Isaiah, Davette, and Julisa were absolutely wonderful. And Sussy was so helpful and kind helping me with a concern I had Thursday morning.
