Allowing more than 2 hours a day to work in my units. I was renting 6 10x20s but I was required to only work 2 hours a day. The front desk staff did work with me to offer a 4 hour schedule a couple days a week. I understand the reason for it. But it limited my usage. Locking bathrooms during unmanned hours, was really hard to deal with too. I had to lockup and run to the gas station several times when I came in early. And the bathrooms were rarely fully stocked with paper and soap. On the flip side the facility was very clean, friendly, helpful, safe and reasonably priced. I would recommend northgate to a friend if they asked me.I was looking for a warehouse where I could fit my entire inventory at the same time. And I wanted a little more autonomy.

Everything was great! Wonderful facility and service. We will absolutely use Northgate again for storage needs!Our renovation wrapped up and we were able to move our things back home - we were storing furniture and items during a renovation.
