Everything was perfect!!!I had four units, and I always knew I would downsize to two units which I intend to keep indefinitely. This was a planned, move out and had nothing to do with the quality of care I received, which was magnificent.

1. Return phone calls and messages.2. Keep to your office schedule so that customers will not have to wait outside for your arrival.3. Considering your monthly charges, I expect better treatment of your customers.I planned to use the storage for six months but ended up using it for almost two years. I was not able to speak to anyone in the office whenever I called or I was physically present at the door. The office does not open according to the schedule indicated on their website. They don't follow the schedule printed on the entrance door.
