They didn't know. I didn't realize the window was down and the car was unlocked until I left, I didn't go back inside. They had no idea a spider got in the car. I can't prove the spider got in while the window was down. So nothing to go in and say something about

I had a question as to how the tires should be rotated. Upon showing them recommended rotation from the Outlander Owners Manual, my service rep made sure the tires were done according to the manual.The service rep with whom I spoke was very helpful and not only willing but wanting to answer my questions.

While I wish you all were open on Saturdays, I am happy that I was able to drop my vehicle off on Friday and obtained a loaner until my car was done and ready for pick up on Monday afternoon.

I bought a 2008 Outlander and serviced my vehicle at the dealership. Because the service department has always been so helpful and honest, and because that vehicle lasted so well, it only made sense that is where I wanted to purchase my next vehicle. I pray this one is as great as the last!!Staff very friendly and professional. I was stressed about purchasing a new vehicle and they were extremely helpful and no high pressure.
