Staff is always nice and can be comical to speak with at times. Great sense of humor :)

I didn't wait - so can't comment on some of the items above - you should change your form to allow customer to answer only relvavent items - #2, #3 got NOs because I couldn't answer yes as I did not wait.Give Ryan a raise - I'd come back because of his service. I've used this location in the past and the previous person I dealt with was not as good as Ryan.Ryan in service was straightforward, knew what my issue was with my vehicle (touch screen), knew how to solve it (order the part), and called me when it arrived. He had flexible appointments to get this work done. Great job Ryan!

I appreciated how quickly I was able to have an appointment, and how quickly they worked to complete the oil change and tire rotation.Service was quick and easy

Customer service is great and could be no better. However prices seem high.

I would not take my Mirage G4 anywhere else. Ryan andvthevrestbofvthecstaff are so nice and knowledgeable. Thanks for being there!!!I live bringing my car to Northtowne Mitsubishi. Everyone is so nice. Especially Ryan. He is so helpful , efficient and above all he is so nice.

They didn't know. I didn't realize the window was down and the car was unlocked until I left, I didn't go back inside. They had no idea a spider got in the car. I can't prove the spider got in while the window was down. So nothing to go in and say something about
