They didn't know. I didn't realize the window was down and the car was unlocked until I left, I didn't go back inside. They had no idea a spider got in the car. I can't prove the spider got in while the window was down. So nothing to go in and say something about

Upon showing them recommended rotation from the Outlander Owners Manual, my service rep made sure the tires were done according to the manual.The service rep with whom I spoke was very helpful and not only willing but wanting to answer my questions.

While I wish you all were open on Saturdays, I am happy that I was able to drop my vehicle off on Friday and obtained a loaner until my car was done and ready for pick up on Monday afternoon.
