The chairs are a vit outdated and uncomfortable. TV could be a bit bigger.Your team has always been great and we are very satisfied customers. The number of vehicles we have purchased speaks for its self. The crew treats you as if you matter to them and they remember just who you are. The story behind how I stumbled upon northtown Mitsubishi was unique one and from that day and that 1st deal with Mr wells as just a sellsman back then has made a loyal customer of my wife and I. I recommend them every chance I can.From the very 1st vehicle I bought from Colton to the most recent we've always been treated with respect and the service department Ryan and the crew are always willing to get us in and get us back on the road. We have been and will remain ti be north town Mitsubishi customers.

N/AIt was made clear that no further services would be provided complimentary. The communication felt like it was a burden to provide the service rather than part of the elevated experience of purchasing a vehicle through Northtowne.I called and left messages for two weeks to schedule an appointment (I used the 800 number and the local phone number) I was never able to reach anyone and I never received a returned phone call. I did often call at 5 as my work day ended, maybe they were closed, but no one ever called back. I finally was able to schedule when I reached out to my salesman and he made the appointment. Since no appointments are available after 4 pm, I had my son bring the vehicle in.We had a good experience with our purchase but the complimentary oil change was almost impossible to get scheduled.N/A
