This experience was a seamlessly easy process. Once we figured out which one we wanted. All of the staff we interacted with was very polite and kind. Very good customer service. Josh our sales guy, was PHENOMENAL!! Thank you for a great experience!I did not have any issues, and was satisfied.My payments are more than I wanted, but The finance guy was great. We had no issues with him at all.Josh, our sales guy was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable and did not push us. He was patient with us going back and forth on which one we wanted.

I would like to see them reduce the fee for the Mitsubishi program that allows you to start your car, lock your car, locate your car from your telephone.... As it stands now it over $299, I know it shouldn't be free, but right now I have NO automatic start on my key, and I have a 2023 Outlander (loaded). So I have to go outside to warm my car up????!!!!! Take away a lot of the luxury features on the car!!!Service is GREAT!! The wait time is accommodating.

Poor selection of reading materials.It was difficult to get the service department. The option on the phone menu wasn't working. It was the next day before I got a call back.Very nice staff.
