This really was a great experience. I had quit getting my service done at Northtowne because of some bad experiences with Dominic. But I will definitely come back now and perhaps buy another car.They were polite, professional and prompt. I really appreciated the help in fixing my problem.

Steve is a wonderful asset to Northtowne Mitsubishi's Service Department. Whenever I call to schedule service for my car, Steve takes the time to walk me through recommended services and thoroughly explains what needs to be done - where it's at on the car - and helps me to prioritize between 'need to do now!' and 'can do next time'. He's honest and transparent - and I look forward to working with him again in for all my service needs!Quality service. I enjoyed signing the paperwork electronically and was given a hard drive as well. This was an interesting thing to do when buying the car.My salesman named Josh made the car buying process easy and smooth. I called and inquired about the car. He had it ready for me when I arrived. Before the test drive he answered all my questions I had. After the test drive he answered more of questions that came up during the drive. When I decided to purchase the car he walked me through the trade in process and the paperwork needed to complete the sale. Very quick and easy process.
