It is such a busy dealership that I have to make my appointments two weeks in advance.Always glad to get my work done by professionals.Nothing's ever perfect, but it's working out for me going to the dealership.Not always easy for me to make an appointment. The process can be a frustrating experience.

Same answer as previous. My wife was corrected for being 15 minutes lateIt was determined there was a missing wheel lock but no offer to replace for a fee. Seems like a missSee previousI feel the overall service levels are very high. The only reason it is not a 10 is because the person who my wife first had contact was rude because she was 15 minutes late. She misunderstood time but did not need to be corrected.
