This dealership has taken care of me for almost 20 years. They have amazing attention to detail and their customer service is excellent.

The service manager explained what was going to happen to my car and the reason needed to keep my car overnight. Made total sense to me. When I returned the following day, I was greeted with a 'hello mr. butner.' I would have settled for a hello but remembering my name or finding my name it quickly was very nice. The sales person who sold me my car was super nice as well. Overall, this site really seems to have it together and it shows.Very easy to schedule an appointment for service. I spoke to the service manager and one of his service desk team members. Assisted me right away, only waited for a minute or two while the desk person finished his call. He did acknowledge me when I walked in.

There was lots of dust and buildup. There were water stains on the ceiling ceilings. The upholstery in the waiting room was cracked. Both outlanders that I purchased have water spots and smears on the glass. As well, there was an interior smudge or water stain on an armrest.I would’ve liked more information about warranties and add-on products to review before we went to the dealership. There was some technical difficulty with DocuSign, which prolong the final closing for longer than necessary. Unfortunately, it seemed that having a hard copy contract to sign was not an option.
