There was lots of dust and buildup. There were water stains on the ceiling ceilings. The upholstery in the waiting room was cracked.Both outlanders that I purchased have water spots and smears on the glass. As well, there was an interior smudge or water stain on an armrest.I would’ve liked more information about warranties and add-on products to review before we went to the dealership.There was some technical difficulty with DocuSign, which prolong the final closing for longer than necessary. Unfortunately, it seemed that having a hard copy contract to sign was not an option.

There was a time there was a guy working in the service area that Was rude. I made a complaint to Josh the manager and the guy isn't there anymore and the manager thats in the service department is fast efficient and has good customer service so I am very satisfied. Than you!The manager working in the Service Department is wonderful. I am so pleased with his service

was over chargedI was over charged on the tires I purchased. I was told I was supposed to pay in advance for the tires to get the Buy 3 get 4th for $1. Funny thing is when I made the appointment, I was never told that or I would have paid it. I called back to talk to shop manager but never got to speak with him direct. I am not very happy with this.over charged
