Nobody qualified to talk, (or order a new fob), was at the parts department. (I lost it on the 9th, see previous comment)It is by far the WORST layout for a dealership I have ever seen. (But you have to work with what you got I guess). My anxiety goes through the roof when I have to drive through the PACKED, unorganized lot. It's ust off the road and traffic from other establishments is ridiculous.Just curious how a synthetic oil change only lasts for 3 months or 3,000 miles? Back in the day it was good for 10,000 miles. Gosh, it's a head scratcher, but I guess if I thought long enough about it I could figure it out! *insert emoji face staring at sky with big eyes and mouth open*Because if I gave a 10 there wouldn't be anywhere go but down. (And 9 is an unlucky number, I don't like to talk about it)

I love bringing my car to Northtowne Mitsubishi. The comfort level is amazing and so are all the employees. Especially Ryan in service.Ryan the service manager is such a nice person and a tremendous help. He also is so knowledgeable.

The actual service was great. The customer service however, needs some BIG improvements! Eye contact, and a smile goes a long way!Manager was in a hurry to get me out of there.The lady acted like she had more impressionable things to do rather than to mess with checking me in.
