No one ever answers on my initial callBut I do it a call back the next dayCurt. Not sure if he even looked at meI took my car in for a recall and to get it ready for winterWhen I asked if it was ready for winter he said, we changed the oil. So he never acknowledged that my car is readyFelt very rushed. Acted like I was bothering him asking questions about suggested maintenanceVery nice but did not tell me or ask me if I wanted certain services. Wrote. On my invoice: need new wipers, battery strap not secure, need air in tires. I read this after I paid. I went back inside and the lady said, We don't fix others mistakes.
