I rated a 10 because the entire experience went above and beyond what you expect from a dealership. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, patient, and genuinely focused on helping me, not just making a sale. Every question I had was answered clearly, the communication was honest, and I never felt pressured or rushed. The team made the process smooth, transparent, and actually enjoyable. Needed detailed and a couple of other little problems had to be dealt with. Not that big of a deal.Your service department needs serious help. When I took the car back for detailing and the mechanical things that needed wrapped up the woman at the service desk was unpleasant and very unhelpful. I could tell she hated her job and didn't care about customers who just spent $30,000 dollars.I gave the sales person a 4 out of 5. Not bad if you ask me.The dealership is making a lot of money off of a sale of a car and I know that. Seeing the finance person feels like a shake down and is just rubbing salt in my wounds from the sales process and paying for it. Stop with the fast talking and very rehearsed sales pitches. All I want to do is sign the paperwork and leave as fast as possible and not come back for 10 years.N/A

Due to fact there are fewer locations now to get your vehicle serviced, appointments are pushed further back since more people have to use these specific locations in order to get their Mitsubishi vehicles serviced. Therefore whatever took days to get scheduled for now takes weeks. Mitsubishi needs to allow more locations to go back to servicing their vehicles.
