I love the staff and the rooms are a great price

While a stay elsewhere may have saved us some cash, wonderful staff and ample amenities made for a great stay. A+

I have to give credit to the staff for their patience with me and the fact that I was having problems living by their rules. But it became clear to me those rules were in place for the security of all tenants. Its Actually nice being a single female to have that added layer of security. The staff are always helpful. The coffee is always hot and the maintenance crew are always polite and respectful. Only downside would have to be the shift n pricing after the first month . It was explained thoroughly but I was still not certain as to why the sales tax would be withheld only to get it back upon checkout. My deposit was completely gone. But other than that I would recommend NW Inn to friends and family Also FYI: . I never saw any sign of cockroaches or bedbugs. All assumptions. Thanks to all the ladies and gents (staff/residents). I came not contact with. It’s been a pleasant experience.

The service was great and I was happy to see that they have started updated the decor. I don’t understand the reason for the sales tax charge back but I paid it anyway.
