There is an expectation, for some, that Northwest Airport Inn is not a nice place. After living here for over three years, I emphatically disagree. For us, from the management, to every employee that we came in contact, everyone who dealt with us was professional, responsive to our needs and concerns, and genuinely seemed to care. Are there rules to abide by? Absolutely. And yet, the rules are fair and they are enforced to serve all residents for safety and security. You can rebuild here. You’ll be around people that care. My daughter and I have been here for almost a year, and I’m so thankful for this place. We love our two bedroom unit. The staff is very nice and polite.
