Very Convenient and Secured

The room was good comdition the service with the exeption of one employee at the front desk was good. There were issues with cockroaches that never were resolved. The additional charge for the kids visiting or swimming is in warranted I feel. The addtional charges for towel being stained doesn't make sense unless its damaged which is still a charge no matter.

Had a great stay the staff are great

Like the prices but don't like walking through the maze to get to the rooms. Also didn't like that all guest had to show ID.

Northwestern Inn was my light in the storm when not a room in a 50 mile radius was available. Great sized room with all the standard amenities plus more!! Friendly staff and gorgeous pool. Thank you��

The staff here is very helpful and attentive to guest needs, the price is low, and checkout is later than most chains, which helps! ☺
