I would have left straight 10s, however, my daughter is 9. I was not allowed to stay in the room with her when she had the IV inserted. I was not told this and I have never had to be alone when getting an IV as an adult so I thought that was very insensitive. Then when she was receiving the needle for the IV she screamed because, she is 9 and this is the first needle in her hand she has ever gotten, and the man inserting the needle, whom I have never met, told her “to be quiet, and in a mean way.” Now I am quoting my 9-year-old, since I was not there. I know that he wouldn’t have said that had I been standing there. I think it is very poor bedside manner to talk to a terrified child like this.Every other part of our experience was amazing. Front desk was great, the nurses were wonderful, the female doctor who performed the surgery was amazing. I was called twice the following day to ensure everything was going great. The only negative was this man who spoke very unprofessionally to my scared child.

Very professional experience

Everyone I had the opportunity to interact with were professional and very courteous. Also, very attentive and accomendating to the patients needs. The front desk personnel were very kind and ready to answer any questions I might have concerning my appointment. I received follow-up phone call checking on how I was doing with my recovery.
