Nothing, everything was great!I moved to a different state

Better control over rodents and dustI am moving to another town and no longer needed a place to store items.

Not increase the rent twice in one year to have me paying double what the unit is worth, than tell me it the going rate for the unit which turn out to be a lie. I watched this storage facility go though two Mangement changes. The current Manger refused to work with me or advocate on my behave to lower the rents. They increased my rent in April 2024 and then again in October 2024 without my consent. It cost me alot of money to move this storage. Paid thousand to save $100 per month. This was a very terrible experience after being loyal for five years of paying rent on time.The Mangement would not work with me to keep the rent affordable. After 5 yrs of storing my items there the rent was $270 for 10x15. I went to another facility and got the same unit size for $170 per month.

I just moved in!
