Been here almost a week and already feel like this is home. Safe, secure, quiet and comfortable. Amber is a delight. I've never lived somewhere that felt so safe and where management deeply cares for their tenants. I feel beyond privileged and grateful to be here.

I the maintenance man has done everything he can do to help. Just know that sitting on that toilet is every uncomfortable and I am not sure if there is a way to request for a taller and bigger toilet in my bathroom in my apartment. Is there anything we can do to help this situation from happening again please let me know and thank you.

The issue with the sewer smell is still very evident on the 2nd floor! Since last Friday.Now, I’m currently ill!. This has been a continuous issue over the last several years. It was fixed yet, the sewer smell still remains. The SEWER ODOR IS very inytense & continually comes back! Something needs to be rectified, PERMANENTLY!

Larry is a very good maintenance man

Larry did the best he could with the sub par equipment we are stuck with. The air conditioner units are a nightmare. They leak all the time and not just in my apartment. I have heard allot of tenants complaining about the problems. I don't know if they were just installed wrong or the units just suck but you need to look further into the problem.
