This problem is ongoing. It has nothing to do with maintenance. There is water backing up in the ac and coming through the wall. I'm to the point of being afraid to turn on my ac.

The manager was very kind when we she got the paperwork done for me to move in.The maintenance man, Larry, was very kind in solving a bathroom problem I had after I got moved in.
