Good job

My air conditioner has leaked all summer. Mateniance has been here every time and tried to do the best they could. I was suppose to have people coming over to my apartment a couple weeks ago possibly three weeks ago to finally fix this issue. I have had flooding in my apartment due to this. I have buckets under my air conditioner to catch water. A humidifier was placed in here as well. I've been dumping water this whole summer. The water has also went into the bedroom and is ruining your walls, and is messing up my furniture from being wet. Larry has done amazing work trying everything he can. What needs to be done Larry cannot do. The people who were to come to my apartment and to one other apartment 3 weeks ago began at the other apartment. Im not sure if they even finished. They left around lunch and never came back. They definitely did not come to my home and fix anything. This has become stressful and physically im not suppose to be bending over to dump water 3 and four times a day. I love where I live. Im happy in my home. I love the people and the staff. Im not someone who complains about things, and understands if there's delays. I feel so blessed to be able to live here. I've never had any complaints. So having ti say all this is very difficult. This problem is ongoing. It has nothing to do with maintenance. There is water backing up in the ac and coming through the wall. I'm to the point of being afraid to turn on my ac.

Maintenance Man Larry was very professional and got the job done in a timely manner. He did an excellent job. I'm very pleased with the work he did.
