I have been at Oakwood for 16 days and my overall stay has been a very good experience. Harry the PA was so helpful and provided excellent care. I really enjoyed the food it was tasty and I liked the variety, although it wasn't always hot. The noise level could have been quieter, and I wish the 8am to 8pm visiting hours was more strictly enforced. The nursing staff provided excellent care. The facility is older but very clean and generally free from foul odors. I appreciated the fact that Oakwood has a Resident Relations Specialist, (Gloria) who is an excellent point of contact for any issues or concerns. I would highly recommend Oakwood.

Veronica is superb, nursing is excellent overall, CNA's are fantastic. It's very comforting to know you all care so much. Benjamin lets you feel heard and solves problems!

My overall stay was a good one. The nursing staff are angels. Housekeeping works very hard and do a really great job. The food is good. Thank you all so very much. If I ever need services again I will definitely use Oakwood again.

Oakwood Gardens is really an awesome place. Our mother needed short term rehab and I'm really happy we chose Oakwood. My uncle is at North Point and the care between the two facilities is like night and day! All the staff is really wonderful. Gloria thank you for your vigilant attention to our cares and our concerns and for accommodating our needs. Thank you to the amazing nursing staff, especially Sandeep, Iris, Maggie, Ashleigh and Dolores. Thank you to the CNA's, Connie, Adriana, Arlene, Christine and all the others you are all wonderful. Good food, excellent care, clean facility thank you all so very much!

My mom was here for almost a month. The care she received was good. The facility is clean and the staff is good with everyone.
