The doctors and staff are very caring and professional. The hospital is very clean. I can’t say enough about the treatments, which are backed by scientific research and experience. I had breast cancer in 2003 and came to Oasis of Hope. I remain cancer free! Oasis of Hope is committed to treating body, mind, and spirit. By the way, you will very safe at the hospital…you are picked up in San Diego, the hospital is gated with a security guard. The beach is nearby and the the locals are friendly. I recommend Oasis of Hope highly!!!

I am currently being treated by Oasis of Hope hospital for Stage IV metastatic breast cancer. After doctors giving us no hope in the United States, friends referred us to Oasis. I can’t say enough about this place. After just 3 months, my cancer has improved 80 percent. When I came to Oasis, I had close to 200 tumors in my lungs, tumors in my bones, ribs, neck, leg, knee, face, skull, and hands. Now, just 3 months later, I am moving toward total healing. The doctors here are kind, personable, loving, and they treat you individually and will answer all your questions. The spiritual component is amazing. The treatments are cutting edge that you can’t find in the U.S. The food is good, the camaraderie with the other patients is amazing, and the peace and love that you feel when you walk through the doors is life-changing. I can’t say enough about Oasis! Please come here—and send your loved ones too!

Oasis of Hope is the place to come if you are wanting to treat cancer and see positive results. This is not often the case in the states, it seems as though money is the main objective from Western medicine. Oasis is treating every individual as an individual instead of just a number. I have been here for two weeks with my mother and there is so much compassion, love, and hope here not to mention you get to meet other patients and hear about the positive effects and outcomes of their treatments. It is very encouraging and comforting to be around people in the same boat as you. I would highly recommend Oasis for many reasons but the main one being is the success story’s. They are absolutely attacking cancer the way it needs to be done without all the horrible side effects. I want to give extra appreciation and gratitude to Deloris, Marianna, Leslie, Martin, Gaia, Rick, Gaston, Maria,Carla, and Dr. Samantha because these beautiful souls were my rays of sunshine on my heavy days here. I would like to say thank you to the entire staff of Oasis for your services and taking great care of my mom. Thank you mucho, Nichole Rose

It was a beautiful experience at Oasis of Hope. The meeting with the Drs was very up-lifting and a very positive experience. The staff was amazing also. I came home with a very positive feeling and I'm not scared to let my Oncologist know where I stand. I will be back again. My husband and I do have a concernl: We wished that the nurses would speak to each other in english in the presents of the patient. We wanted to know more what was going on while they were doing things with the patient. I already spoke to a few cancer patients and told them my experience at Oasis of Hope and highly recommended it.

We love the Oasis Of Hope. The atmosphere here is spiritual and loving. I have learned a lot. Things to improve on might be communication Between nursing staff and patients. They can’t understand us so it is difficult to ask a questions. We want to know everything we are getting and that we are the right patient. I was concerned about the nurse wearing gloves and not changing between each patient.

They want you to refill your water bottle but we don’t know if it’s very sanitary to put your water bottle through the hole of the water dispenser. We don’t really know if other patients touch it or if they have been sick and they have, maybe, contaminated the dispenser. That’s a concern of many patients. I love the music. It feels like you’re in church everyday. It really helped me get through everything. Dr. Julio’s singing was very comforting for us to get through the hyperthermias. The pastor also helped us a lot. The atmosphere, making friends with anyone is a marvelous thing to do.

Overwhelmed with how good the treatment is and how nice the people are. Only negative…when the surgery was supposed to be 2 hours stretched to 8 hours…no one told me anything or gave me consistent updates. Very surprised with how nice the service is…personal and prompt. Not treated like a number and the doctors/nurses don’t act rushed and trying to get away from us—the patient.

I have been a patient here for three weeks, I want to say that the Medical Team and nurses have been excellent and very accommodating with all of my needs and treatments. The Medical Team not only very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. The spiritual environment with Pastor Ernesto and Dr. Contreras is incredible. My first night, after my complete physical examination, prayed for me so beautifully. Everyone who works here really seems to enjoy working here and looks after the patients best interests.

Came here 3 weeks ago to boost my immune system after chemo and radiation and have an active cancer cell for CDH1 diffuse gastric cancer. Only option in the U.S was to removed my stomach and I am not prepared to do that at this time. I know this decision is the right one. Heal the mind, body and soul and the rest will happen, God willing. I’m seeing significant progress in some of the people coming here. From coming in a wheelchair to now walking. PTL.
