This one completely different actually purchased instead of first looking…First time car buying experience with no actual (good or bad) credit , needed to start. I'm from the Chicago area, yet I traveled 125 miles to purchase my Outlander from OBrien Mitsubishi in Normal, IL. Why? Because they had the exact vehicle I wanted. The salesman was honest and upfront in our phone negotiation. The delivery process was smooth. The finance manager was well informed and not pushy to sell me extras I didn't want. The trade in value was fair. I drove home in my new Outlander a happy OBrien customer.I felt right from the start that my salesman James Rule and the Obrien dealership was a very ethical and honest dealership. They did not play games with the pricing or trade in values.

I appreciate the nice customer waiting room, too. TV, snacks and beverages help pass the time.The service person who greets me this time and the previous service appointment is always so cheerful and helpful. I'm sorry I can't remember his name. He applied points I'd built up and that brought the cost down for my oil change this visit. I appreciated his doing that. As I don't keep track of my points.
