I appreciate the nice customer waiting room, too. TV, snacks and beverages help pass the time.The service person who greets me this time and the previous service appointment is always so cheerful and helpful. I'm sorry I can't remember his name. He applied points I'd built up and that brought the cost down for my oil change this visit. I appreciated his doing that. As I don't keep track of my points.

It took a long timeWe had a slight misunderstanding of services being done but in the end all was fine.A wash would have been nice. Otherwise it was returned the same way as when i dropped it off.All in all a good experience.Nice staff. Comfortable waiting area for working.

Only “ problem” with inside cab light. It was not going off at all so I shut it off. Had salesman reset it but it still does not work. I explained to service and they said bring it in so I will soon.Everyone courteous, explained things well.
