Very disappointed in the hitch that I had put on I think the ball is way too close to the bumper and I’m 77 years old so to hook the chains up, you have to get way down low and even lower to plug the lights inIt starts with the salesman. We had a great salesman very kind, caring very good listener tried to make everything work out just perfect.
