James Rule did a great job selling me my new Mirage G4!I am a long time customer, O'Brien Mitsubishi is the best car dealership I have ever been to.

One thing I always notice is that you always recommend this and that which I know it will keep the car in tip top shape, but to have 5 to 7 different things done at once make at least me not want to do any of the preventative maintenance !!! The price of all the things usually running over a 1000.00 dollars is not something I would do . The last three times you recommended replacing the belt and they are designed to last 150,000 miles or more does not need replacing at 75,000 miles . I appreciate the great service that you have .Very nice customer service
