I set up the appointment about 3 weeks in advance then an hour and a half after my arrival I was told that they did not order the part that I made the appointment for so all I got was an oil change and they wanted me to return when they got the part. Mind you , I drove from Peoria and took the day off work to do this. I wasn't happy! One of the managers got wind of this and stepped in and secured a loaner for me to use while they waited for the part to come in. 3 days later my car was done and I picked it up. They acknowledged making a mistake and fixing it so that I, the customer was happy. Good job guys!!

Good Customer Service

They washed the car but some of the winddows were smudged and spotted in several places. Overall, it was pretty good though.The service staff is very helpful. Bill Danosky has been extremely helpful over the years and very cordial and professional.

Salesman went above and beyond to explain car features

My check tire air pressure light wouldn't go out, even after filling all 4 tires with air at a gas station. I called O'Brien's service dept and they told me to come out even though it was close to their closing time. Once there, I discovered my rear tire was flat! O'Brien's service team put on my spare, ordered a new tire and I was on my way. A couple days later, they put on the new tire. Also, advised me to get my own air compressor. Good tip!
