The problems were all around addressing my issues.Seat was pushed all the way back and I don't know how to get it forward. My wife is pregnant and short and I don't want her to be unable to actually reach the pedals when driving.Regardless of availability of parts or time to troubleshoot, I don't understand how the only path forward is replacing the entire power seat.The problem is that the seat won't move forward in my Mitsubishi Outlander SEL 2019. It goes every other direction just fine, so the motor doesn't seem to be the problem. Sounds like the switch would need to be replaced. However I received pushback when I suggested that because of time taken. Not because of it not being a valid potential solution. This should not be a problem when going to a dealership to fix one of their vehicles.Again, my wife is currently pregnant. She doesn't have the longest legs and comfort and safety is important. And at this moment, I have to worry about both those things if she drives this vehicle.I didn't appreciate that when I went for help to fix my power seat they quoted me $3000 for a fix and then attached a trade in quote. Felt like they were trying to tie me down to another car payment instead of fixing my actual problem.Had to beg for an appointment that week instead of next.Was difficult to get in contact with people once I got quoted for a power seat replacement instead of a fix.
