All work was completed as promised with a reasonable charge. Ther customer waiting area was exceptionally clean. The service area was clean and organized as well. An overall pleasant experience.

Yes, I had 2 services done, I asked if it is vacuumed, they said yes, both times, neither were vacuumed. I had leaves left on drivers side, and passenger side was just as bad. The latest service, I took floor mats out, figuring that was the problem.... it wasn't, Im pretty sure it was not even done! Tell customer service guys ,to tell us ,that it is not offered with a wash. I am pretty confident, that the cars were not touched by a vacuum.

Just not as nice as when they were at the Honda dealership waiting for new buildingSame— waited 1 hr and 15 min for an oil change and routine inspectionIf there are 2 cars in service desk area then you have to drive around to find a parking space until a space opens up. Just not enough room as previous facilities. Makes for longer wait time which most people do not haveNot timely because I had to go to service desk and ask when my car would be done. Answer was “looks like they are just finishing up. It will only be a few minutes”Waited for simple oil change and inspectionBecause the new dealership building is small and doesn’t look like it can fit many cars in to be serviced

This is an honest dealership & I feel they do excellent work on my vehicle. I totally trust my car for service with this Mitsubishi dealership.The service team is thorough & respectful. Very comfortable setting.

Again so far my experience with Mitsubishi has been a good one I love my carThe service done to my vehicle was quick and no doubt professional. The man that assisted me was very nice and helpful. so far my experience with Mitsubishi has been good

As a former 20 year employee at MMNA, I have been happy with Mitsubishi products. Still driving the 2007 Galant,that was to be my retirement car- -gave it to hubby, and got Outlander. Service department has always been courteous and thorough in checking my vehicles..
