Danielle was extremely professional and knowledgeable. She assisted within minutes of any and all questions I had. As assistant manager, she is extremely flexible working from multiple sites in the Hampton Roads area. Highly recommend Danielle and Ocean Storage services.

Lisa Parker was very helpful. She showed us the different sized units. Explained how secure it was and noticed that it was a nice clean facility. Lisa had already cleaned and swept our unit in preparation for us taking it.

Friendly, and fast customer service.

The customer service was exceptional , however after leasing a storage unit on 2/3/22 the computer-generated entry code would not allow myself or the Ocean Storage manager to access the building. I was advised that I would receive a working entry code via email. The experience otherwise was quite pleasurable.
