Very hospitable and helpful

I had run into an issue after purchasing some furniture and the Public Storage I wanted to utilize was not open that early. I called and spoke with the representative at the Diamond North location. She was very polite and helpful in accommodating me with what I needed. She went the extra mile and helped get my son out from moving the furniture into the storage unit quickly and sufficiently.
