Good customer service but pricey

Super clean environment & the fact that they spray for bugs, amazing. I’ve had an outdoor storage & will never go back to it. The staff on the premises are extremely kind. It’s great that they have cameras there as well, I don’t have to worry about anything happening to my things.

THE SURROUNDINGS AND PEOPLE GIVE A SINCERE AND HAPPY ATMOSPHERE TO THE STORAGE COMPLEX AS A WHOLE. IT IS REINSURRING TO HAVE RESTROOMS AND LATE NIGHT ACCESS TO THE STORAGE UNIT AS WELL.

Spoke with Sue (mgr) to set up a unit for my college son for the summer. She made sure I understood everything, was very pleasant and made the decision to use Ocean Storage (Northampton) an easy one. This is our 2nd year with them and we will be there for the next 2 summers as well.
